Just a little thing to help some young filmmakers.
I’m a senior film student at Keene State College in Keene, New Hampshire. My crew and I are producing the first-ever feature length thesis film in our school’s history. We have to finance the whole thing ourselves, so we’ve created a Kickstarter to help us with the costs. We’re making a psychological horror film called St. Osmund’s.
St. Osmund’s State Psychiatric Hospital was once home to more mental patients than anywhere else in the United States. In 1963, it shut down with no records of why or what happened to the 15,000 mental patients who were there when it did.
Fifty years later, a documentary film crew travels to the facility to try and answer the questions the administrators of St. Osmund’s left behind. But will pursuing the answers keep the crew trapped in St. Osmund’s forever?
Please consider contributing to our Kickstarter and help us by reblogging this so we can get the word out on our project!
